Farmer Focus is hiring a Safety Coordinator to actively monitor the production floor and support a proactive safety culture. You will conduct observations, assist with incident investigations, and ensure timely corrective actions while maintaining safety documentation.

Role Overview / Purpose and Scope

The Safety Coordinator helps support a strong, proactive safety culture by working directly with supervisors, leads, and employees to identify and address safety concerns throughout the facility. This position is highly floor-focused and requires active visibility in the production environment, with at least 80% of working time spent on the production floor conducting observations, supporting employee communication, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring corrective actions are completed timely.

Key Responsibilities

Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Travel

This is not a primarily office-based position. The Safety Coordinator is expected to be present on the production floor for at least 80% of working time and must be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. Minimal travel may be required as needed.
