Actalent is seeking a motivated Safety Coordinator to join its Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) team at the Allen, TX headquarters. This contract-to-hire role targets early-career professionals aiming to grow in industrial safety, environmental compliance, and energy infrastructure operations.

The Safety Coordinator will support safety programs, assist regulatory initiatives, and work with experienced HSE colleagues to foster a safety culture across office and field operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a safety-related field.
• 0–3 years of safety experience encouraged to apply.
• Internship, co-op, military, construction, manufacturing, oil & gas, or industrial safety experience is a plus.
• Basic understanding of OSHA regulations and workplace safety principles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication with employees, contractors, and management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel to operational and project sites as needed.

The Safety Coordinator will support the implementation of company safety programs, assist with regulatory compliance initiatives, and work alongside experienced HSE professionals to promote a culture of safety across office and field operations. This position will be based at the company's headquarters in Allen, TX and report to the Director of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE).

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Allen, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
