Job summary

Qualifications

• Certification in First Aid and CPR.

Responsibilities

• Plan health and safety program protocols.
• Coordinate safety trainings for all employees.
• Ensure OSHA, federal, state, and local compliance.
• Maintain records and safety metrics.
• Investigate accidents and near misses; recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with HR on Workers’ Compensation data.
• Monitor PPE availability and usage.
• Develop emergency response plans and drills.
• Lead safety audits and inspections at all locations.
• Provide guidance on safety concerns to employees.
