Job summary

Amteck is seeking Traveling Safety Coordinators to oversee safety on electrical trades at various job sites. You will conduct safety audits, enforce procedures, and drive corrective actions to prevent incidents.

The role requires OSHA 10/30 certification and experience leading safety programs, with travel across project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of OSHA rules and regs for construction.
• Experience overseeing safety for electrical tradesmen.
• Ability to lead, influence and motivate staff on safety procedures.
• OSHA 10/30 certification is required; OSHA 500 preferred.

We are currently hiring Traveling Safety Coordinators to join our team. Our Safety Coordinators are responsible for overseeing the safety of all electrical trades on each job site they are assigned to support as well as perform safety audits and take the appropriate course of action for any accidents and/or incidents that occur.

What We Are Looking For

• Extensive knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations in regards to construction
• Prior experience overseeing the safety for electrical tradesmen
• Ability to effectively lead, influence, and motivate staff in regards to safety procedures
• Current OSHA 10 and/or 30 Hour Certification required; OSHA 500 strongly preferred
