Job summary

Amteck is seeking Traveling Safety Coordinators to oversee the safety of all electrical trades on each job site and to perform safety audits. You will lead safety initiatives, ensure OSHA compliance, and respond to incidents while traveling between sites.

A current OSHA 10 and/or 30 Hour Certification is required; OSHA 500 is strongly preferred. Per diem, comprehensive benefits, and paid time off are provided.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of OSHA construction regulations.
• Experience overseeing safety for electrical tradesmen.
• Ability to lead, influence, and motivate staff on safety procedures.
• OSHA 10 and/or 30 Hour Certification required; OSHA 500 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety of all electrical trades on each assigned job site.
• Perform safety audits and take corrective actions after incidents.

We are currently hiring Traveling Safety Coordinators to join our team. Our Safety Coordinators are responsible for overseeing the safety of all electrical trades on each job site they are assigned to support as well as perform safety audits and take the appropriate course of action for any accidents and/or incidents that occur.

What We Are Looking For

• Extensive knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations in regards to construction
• Prior experience overseeing the safety for electrical tradesmen
• Ability to effectively lead, influence, and motivate staff in regards to safety procedures
