Job summary

Amteck is seeking Traveling Safety Coordinators to oversee the safety of electrical trades on each job site, perform safety audits, and respond to accidents and incidents. This role requires extensive knowledge of OSHA construction rules and hands-on safety leadership across field teams.

Candidates should hold OSHA 10 and/or 30 certification; OSHA 500 is strongly preferred. Travel will be required to multiple project sites across the region.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations in regards to construction.
• Prior experience overseeing the safety for electrical tradesmen.
• Current OSHA 10 and/or 30 Hour Certification required; OSHA 500 strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety of all electrical trades on each job site.
• Perform safety audits and take appropriate action for accidents/incidents.
• Lead, influence, and motivate staff in regards to safety procedures.

We are currently hiring Traveling Safety Coordinators to join our team. Our Safety Coordinators are responsible for overseeing the safety of all electrical trades on each job site they are assigned to support as well as perform safety audits and take the appropriate course of action for any accidents and/or incidents that occur.
