Job summary

Amteck is hiring Traveling Safety Coordinators to oversee safety across job sites for electrical trades. You will conduct safety audits and take action on any incidents, ensuring compliance with construction safety standards.

This role supports a centralized safety department and drives best practices in field teams. Required are strong OSHA knowledge, prior supervision of electrical safety, and the ability to motivate staff on procedures.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations in construction.
• Experience overseeing safety for electrical tradesmen.
• Ability to lead, influence, and motivate staff in safety procedures.
• Current OSHA 10 and/or 30 Hour Certification; OSHA 500 strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the safety of all electrical trades on assigned job sites.
• Perform safety audits and take appropriate action for accidents/incidents.
• Support the safety department with ideas for improvement and excellence.

We are currently hiring Traveling Safety Coordinators to join our team. Our Safety Coordinators are responsible for overseeing the safety of all electrical trades on each job site they are assigned to support as well as perform safety audits and take the appropriate course of action for any accidents and/or incidents that occur.

What We Are Looking For

• Extensive knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations in regards to construction
