Fetch’s Safety Coordinator will support our Health, Safety, and Environmental programs across warehouse and driving operations, partnering daily with frontline teams, supervisors, and leaders to make the safe path the easy path and strengthen our safety culture.

The role requires 1+ year in safety (or 3+ years in related fields), OSHA/DOT compliance, OSHA 30, and the ability to lead trainings, inspections, and incident investigations. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree; 1+ year safety experience, or 3+ years in OSHA/DOT safety.
• 1+ year experience in logistics, supply chain, project coordination, or related field.
• OSHA 30-Hour and First Aid/CPR/AED certification, or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Ability to conduct training and influence teams at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Valid driver’s license and travel up to 25%.
• Flexibility regarding shifts including evenings, weekends, and on-call incident response.
• Nice to have: CHST, OHST, telematics software experience, forklift trainer, multi-site, Spanish proficiency

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with site leadership to implement OSHA requirements and reinforce safety culture.
• Partner with Transportation, HR, and Facilities to embed safe work practices in daily operations.
• Conduct and document routine site inspections and audits; identify hazards and ensure corrective actions.
• Support OSHA, DOT/FMCSA, and environmental regulations, including OSHA 300/300A records.
• Support incident and near-miss investigations with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Deliver toolbox talks and safety communications; support targeted training and emergency preparedness.
• Deliver new hire safety orientation and forklift safety training.
• Chair the safety committee and track action items.
• Monitor findings and report training completion to leadership.
• Share safety metrics (TRIR, DART, near-miss rates) and support safety projects and pilots.
