Type: 1099 Contractor Transitioning to Full-Time W2 Employee
Contract Pay Rate: $46/hr (1099)
Target Full-Time Salary Upon Conversion: $68,000-$85,000 Annually
Benefits: Full Benefits Package Upon W2 Conversion
Vehicle Program: Company vehicle provided after transition to W2. Fuel card or mileage reimbursement available upon start.
Pay Frequency: Weekly during contract period
Schedule: Monday-Friday | First Shift | Approximately 40 Hours/Week
Additional Schedule Details: Occasional night and weekend work may be required. Position consists of approximately 75% field work and 25% office responsibilities.
