You energize the team through orientations and toolbox talks, build a strong safety mindset, and step in with authority when unsafe conditions appear. When incidents or near misses happen, you drive root-cause analysis and track corrective actions to prevent repeat events. You partner with superintendents, project managers, and subcontractors to keep everyone moving in the same direction. Using safety software and Microsoft 365, you log inspections, monitor trends, and deliver clear, actionable reports that elevate jobsite safety.

  • Proven ability to perform routine and unannounced site safety inspections and audits
  • Knowledge of high-risk construction activities including fall protection, trenching & excavation, crane operations, confined space, and hot work
  • Experience delivering new-hire safety orientations, toolbox talks, and site-specific training
  • Ability to investigate incidents, near misses, and property damage events and complete root-cause analysis
  • Strong documentation skills including safety reports, corrective action tracking, and regulatory logs
  • Ability to monitor subcontractor safety compliance and enforce company safety expectations
