Job summary

LPC Personnel, Inc. is seeking a Day Shift Safety Coordinator to oversee safety activities during daily production operations.

You will ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies, lead safety coaching, and coordinate routine inspections and incident investigations. You will train employees, promote safe work practices, maintain safety records, and support emergency response activities on a busy manufacturing floor.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a safety, supervisory, or leadership role.
• Minimum of 1 year of industrial safety experience.
• High school diploma or GED; safety certifications are a plus.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety practices.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and safety reporting systems preferred.
• Ability to work day shift, with occasional weekends or overtime as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform facility inspections for extended periods.
• Experience working in manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse environments preferred.

Compensation:

$55,000-$65,000 per year
