Job summary

A3 Staffing Solutions seeks a Safety Coordinator to promote a safe, healthy, and compliant warehouse environment. You will lead inspections, training, incident investigations, and continuous safety improvements to protect staff and operations.

Responsibilities include coordinating safety programs, maintaining OSHA logs, delivering trainings, and collaborating with supervisors to reduce hazards while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's in Occupational Safety, EH, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in warehouse safety or related environment preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety standards.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to conduct training and communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic recordkeeping systems.
• Safety certifications (OSHA 30-Hour, First Aid/ CPR, or similar) preferred.

• Collaborate with management to implement corrective actions and improve safety.
• Conduct ergonomic assessments and recommend improvements.
• Assist with regulatory inspections and respond to inquiries.
• Track safety metrics and prepare reports for management.
• Stay current on applicable safety regulations and industry best practices.

Position Summary

The Safety Coordinator is responsible for promoting and maintaining a safe, healthy, and compliant work environment within the warehouse. This position supports the implementation of safety policies, conducts inspections and training, investigates incidents, and works closely with supervisors and employees to reduce workplace hazards and ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local safety regulations.
