We are looking for a Site Safety Coordinator to join our team. The work location for this position will be based on assignment to a project site.

Responsibilities

1. Implement construction safety programs and initiatives.
2. Monitor project activities and review safety procedures with the construction management team.
3. Develop safety metrics for tracking and reporting safety performance.
4. Assist in safety analysis, site safety work plans, and hazard analysis.
5. Conduct site safety inspections and coordinate corrections.
6. Review and oversee incident investigations.
7. Conduct site-specific safety orientations, especially for a multilingual workforce.
8. Participate in daily and weekly safety meetings and site coordination meetings.
9. Provide safety oversight, both administratively and in the field.

Qualifications

1. 1-3 years of construction safety coordination experience, preferably on large industrial projects ($10M+).
2. Willingness to travel or relocate as needed.
3. OSHA 30-hour certification (1926 Construction) required.
4. Current First Aid/CPR certification required.
5. Bachelor’s or associate degree in a safety-related discipline preferred.
6. OSHA 510 certification preferred; OSHA 500 instructor preferred.
7. Knowledge of ProCore and strong computer skills (Revu, Adobe, Word, Excel).
8. Excellent soft skills and ability to work with executives and clients in high-stress environments.
