ATS Welding, LLC is seeking skilled safety professionals to support our on-site safety needs across industrial projects. Join a growing, safety-conscious team in the Wyoming region, focused on OSHA compliance and incident prevention.

You will implement safety programs, conduct inspections, deliver training, investigate incidents, and maintain records. A proactive attitude and strong communication with crews are essential to keeping sites safe and productive.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing OSHA-compliant safety programs.
• Knowledge of workers' compensation processes is preferred.
• Ability to train employees on safety practices.

ATS Welding is rapidly expanding into a full-service industrial construction and welding company with a commitment to safety and quality. We specialize in delivering high-quality projects across the industrial and energy sectors.

We are currently seeking skilled employees to support our crews in coordinating our on-site safety needs. If you're hardworking, safety-conscious, and ready to play a key role in our growth, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain safety programs to ensure compliance with OSHA and and other regulations
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and risks in the workplace
• Develop and deliver safety training as directed for employees
• Investigate accidents or incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with management to address safety concerns and make recommendations for improvements
• Assist with Operator Qualifications training programs.
• Monitor and enforce safety policies and procedures onsite
• Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training sessions, and incidents
