Job summary

ATS Welding, LLC is seeking a safety-focused professional to support our on-site crews and coordinate safety needs across our expanding industrial construction operations. You will help implement OSHA-compliant programs, conduct inspections, and deliver training to ensure a safe work environment.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, and a commitment to safety excellence. A pre-employment drug test is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of workers' compensation processes and procedures.
• Familiarity with occupational health standards and practices.
• Must pass a preemployment drug test.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Certification in EHS or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain safety programs to ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and risks in the workplace.
• Develop and deliver safety training as directed for employees.
• Investigate accidents or incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with management to address safety concerns and make recommendations for improvements.
• Assist with Operator Qualifications training programs.
• Monitor and enforce safety policies and procedures onsite.
• Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training sessions, and incidents.
