Job summary

MCGI Corp in Dallas seeks experienced Safety Coordinators to lead safety programs across Texas projects, including data centers and semiconductor sites. You will partner with general contractors, manage both union and nonunion workforces, and travel to worksites with strong travel support.

Qualified candidates hold OSHA 30, CPR, and have hands-on experience with JHAs/PTPs, inspections, and safety leadership.

• Experience running safety programs, including tool, equipment, and vehicle inspections

Job description

MCGI is partnering with one of Texas's leading MEP contractors, headquartered in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, to fill two Safety Coordinator positions. This company has been building innovative projects for nearly 100 years, with deep expertise across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, process piping, turnkey solutions, BIM/VDC, fabrication, and pre-construction services.

Driven by strong growth in the advanced technology sector, they're looking to bring on experienced safety leaders who want real access to leadership and a direct hand in shaping site safety culture - not just checking boxes.

This role is based in Dallas with travel to projects across Texas. Strong travel packages are offered, including per diem and housing.
