Job summary

CyberX Info System is seeking an experienced Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist / Safety Coordinator to support safety and compliance initiatives across manufacturing, construction, warehouse, and transportation operations.

The ideal candidate will manage OSHA compliance, conduct safety audits, incident investigations, JHA/THA development, track safety metrics, deliver training, and partner with operations to strengthen safety culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of EHS or safety experience in manufacturing, construction, warehouse, transportation, or industrial operations.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience conducting incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Experience with JHA/THA development.
• Ability to interpret and communicate safety metrics and trends.
• Proficient with safety documentation, audits, and inspections.
• Strong communication and employee engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support OSHA compliance initiatives and safety programs.
• Conduct safety audits, inspections, and hazard assessments.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and injuries; perform root cause analysis.
• Develop and maintain JHAs (Job Hazard Analyses) and THAs (Task Hazard Analyses).
• Track and analyze safety metrics including TRIR, DART, LTIR, and EMR.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce operational risk.
• Deliver employee safety training, toolbox talks, and coaching.
• Support regulatory compliance and maintain safety documentation.
• Partner with operations, warehouse, and field teams to strengthen safety culture.

• Experience supporting both field operations and warehouse/manufacturing environments.
• CDL or transportation safety exposure is a plus.
