Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent and successfully complete the entrance examinations and interviews.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently and communicate issues to staff.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and troubleshoot machine malfunctions.
• Conduct changeovers with limited impact to OEE and document results.
• Collect quality measurements and ensure product stays within specifications.
• Maintain accurate production reporting and participate in plant improvement teams.
