The Reliance Steel & Aluminum Co. is seeking a Safety-focused professional to lead and support safety programs across facilities. You will coordinate audits, develop corrective actions, and train site management to elevate operational safety practices.

Ideal candidates bring 2–5 years of safety or operations experience, a high school diploma/GED, and strong data analytics and communication skills to monitor incidents and drive positive safety outcomes.

Qualificações

• 2-5 years of relevant safety or operations experience.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of OSHA compliance and general industry standards.
• Familiarity with Reliance Steel & Aluminum Co. safety policies preferred.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support strategies, processes and program development for safe and healthy environment.
• Conduct safety compliance audits per OSHA General Industry regulations 29 CFR Parts 1902, 1903, 1904 and 1910.
• Produce Corrective Action Reports and track action plans.
• Coordinate and train onsite management in safety processes and techniques.
• Promote Accident Prevention Programs and root cause analysis.
• Monitor OSHA recordable injuries and incident rates monthly.
