Job summary

Reliance, Inc. is seeking a safety professional to support strategies and program development for a safe and healthy work environment. The role conducts OSHA compliance audits and produces Corrective Action Reports to drive action plans and follow-up.

Responsibilities include coordinating training, supporting management in safety processes, and promoting accident prevention programs, incident tracking, and root-cause analysis to elevate operational safety across sites.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant experience or equivalent education in safety/operations.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of Data Analytics and OSHA Compliance practices and trends.

Responsibilities

• Support strategies, processes and program development for a safe and healthy work environment.
• Conduct safety compliance audits per OSHA 29 CFR regs and company policy.
• Produce Corrective Action Reports and track action plans to closure.
• Coordinate and train onsite management in safety processes and techniques.
• Promote Accident Prevention Programs and Root Cause Analysis.
