Position Summary: The Safety Compliance Specialist will be part of corporate safety and will collaborate with various team members to monitor and ensure compliance with processes and programs. They will work on key safety initiatives to drive improvements across the business, ensuring processes are executed as intended and identifying areas for improvement.

Location: Reading, PA.

Major Responsibilities:

1. Contribute to safety projects involving presentations, report analysis, communications, process development, and performance monitoring.
2. Review performance reports to identify compliance issues.
3. Research factors leading to compliance concerns and collaborate on action plans.
4. Provide routine project updates to leadership.
5. Perform other assigned projects and tasks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 1-3 years of corporate support experience
• Introductory data analysis skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Collaborative and organizational skills; ability to navigate cross-functional teams
• Regular attendance is essential
• Willingness to travel, work schedule, location, background check, and drug screening required
