Job summary

Reardon Yacht Consulting in South Florida seeks an in-office, full-time safety and compliance auditor. You will oversee ISM/ISPS/MLC compliance, maintain the Planned Maintenance System (PMS), manage risk assessments, incident reporting, and ensure vessel and crew documentation are current.

Qualifications

• ISM, ISPS, and MLC knowledge required.
• Industry experience on board and/or ashore in a similar role.
• IT fluency and attention to detail essential.

Responsibilities

• Apply Critical Equipment List to the Planned Maintenance System (PMS).
• Maintain PMS appropriately and ensure drills, safety equipment, and vessel documentation are current.
• Follow Defect Reports, safety incidents, non-conformities, and risk assessments; close out actions.
