Job summary

All Things Metal Industries is seeking a Safety & Compliance Manager to develop and oversee safety, health, and compliance programs across our shop and field operations in Arizona. You will ensure OSHA and AISC standards while promoting a culture of safety across ATM Steel, RoXteel, KorFab, and Rhino Central Services.

You will lead safety training, incident investigations, audits, and recordkeeping, while guiding leaders and crews to adopt best practices and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, both written and verbal, across levels.
• Outstanding organizational and documentation abilities.
• Excellent time management and prioritization to meet safety targets.
• Solid investigative capabilities for incident reviews and root cause analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel is required.
• Willingness to learn new compliance systems and software.
• Ability to build positive relationships with staff and management.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and programs.
• Ensure OSHA and AISC compliance across shop and field operations.
• Create site-specific safety plans for each project/site.
• Lead new-hire safety orientations and onboarding.
• Coordinate inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
• Provide safety training and monitor training records.
• Lead safety committees and ensure weekly safety meetings.
• Maintain and file safety records, certifications, and compliance docs.
• Investigate accidents and near-misses with proper reporting.
• Manage corrective actions and return-to-work processes.
• Maintain OSHA logs and regulatory records.
• Support injury management and policy improvements to reduce risk.
• Provide safety guidance to operational departments.
• Handle additional duties and special projects as assigned.
