Job summary

Lineage seeks a safety administrator to oversee the Lineage Safety Program, ensuring a safe, compliant environment across facilities and processes. You will help maintain regulatory alignment and promote a robust safety culture in daily operations.

You will collaborate with leadership to prepare audits, work with Operations on issues, conduct accident investigations, and lead safety policy updates while keeping meticulous records and logs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 years’ related experience in safety compliance roles.
• Knowledge of country’s safety regulations/standards and employer obligations for work-related injuries.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer the Lineage Safety Program following regulatory and company standards.
• Prepare for internal and external audits with leadership.
• Partner with Operations to resolve facility and customer issues.
• Conduct accident investigations and promote policy compliance.
• Lead meetings to inform teams of safety changes and issues.
• Monitor safety supplies and coordinate replacements; maintain records.
