Job summary

The ideal candidate has a High school diploma or GED, two years of technical writing experience, and knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations. You will develop safety communications, prepare investigations summaries, and support risk mitigation through cross-department collaboration.

• Prepare safety information relevant to employee responsibilities.
• Provide narrative summaries of investigations and analysis for SMS management.
• Research and report on SMS improvements and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate interdepartmental communications for consistent information flow.
• Ensure recurring SMS outputs are efficient, timely, and ongoing.
• Assist departments in documenting policies, processes, and procedures.
• Contribute to day-to-day management of technical publications.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.
