Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health and safety or other equivalent practice.
• Knowledge of Federal and State safety regulations.
• CHST and/or CUSP or other equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and state safety laws.
• Complete OSHA recordkeeping and reporting.
• Coordinate client safety and environmental training and orientation.
• Conduct investigations and file incident reports for client portals.
• Identify opportunities to minimize workplace injuries and health issues.
• Train employees on applicable safety standards.
• Review training and recommend revisions and updates.
• Conduct safety inspections and audits to assess compliance and identify improvements.
• Manage customer required system compliance.
