Job summary

Lennox International in Olive Branch, MS, is seeking an Asset Protection & Safety Technician to help protect people, property, and products across manufacturing or distribution operations. You will partner with site leadership and EHSS to translate safety and asset protection priorities into action, monitor conditions, and support investigations and reporting.

This salaried non-exempt role offers a starting salary range of $61k-$80k annually, with overtime eligibility and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of experience in safety, asset protection, security, or operations support.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support safety programs aligned with OSHA and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct safety observations, audits, and facility walkthroughs to identify hazards.
• Maintain safety records, documentation, and compliance reporting.
• Assist in regulatory inspections and readiness through proper documentation.
• Monitor access control and security incidents; support asset protection procedures.
• Investigate safety incidents and assist root cause analysis.
• Conduct routine safety, compliance, and facility audits.
• Assist in training and awareness programs for safety and compliance.
