Job summary

IntelliSource is seeking an experienced Asset Protection / Safety Coordinator to support facility security, employee health and safety, regulatory compliance, training, auditing, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced distribution environment.

This role focuses on day-to-day execution of Asset Protection and EHS programs, partnering with site leadership, operations, and external resources to identify risks and ensure a safe workplace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, Safety, EHS, Security, Workers' Compensation, Compliance, or related operational support preferred.
• Experience supporting workplace safety or EHS programs.

Responsibilities

• Support facility Asset Protection policies, procedures, practices, and guidelines.
• Partner with facility security personnel and leadership to maintain a safe environment.
• Monitor access control processes, systems, and equipment.
• Assist with investigations and incident reviews within scope of responsibility.
• Maintain documentation related to Asset Protection and facility security activities.
• Assist with emergency response coordination.
• Support OSHA compliance and safety audits.
• Conduct routine safety inspections, audits, and building checks.
• Communicate health and safety risks to leadership.
• Assist with corrective actions and emergency preparedness.
