Job summary

IntelliSource seeks an Asset Protection / Safety Coordinator for a fast-paced distribution environment in Worcester, MA. You will support Asset Protection policies, facility security, OSHA compliance, and EHS programs while partnering with site leadership and operations.

The role involves audits, incident investigations, and continuous improvement to reduce risk and injuries, with immediate start through 2026-12-31 and potential engagement extension.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience supporting workplace safety or EHS programs preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and workplace safety practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Asset Protection policies, procedures, and security practices.
• Collaborate with facility leadership to maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Support facility access control processes and incident investigations.
• Perform routine safety inspections, audits, and building checks.
• Gather, review, and report safety, compliance, and operational data.
• Communicate health and safety risks to leadership and support corrective actions.
