Job summary

SmartLam North America in Columbia Falls, Montana, is seeking an experienced Safety & Training Coordinator to lead safety initiatives, training programs, OSHA compliance, and continuous improvement at our manufacturing facility.

The role serves as the primary safety resource, partnering with operations to strengthen our culture of safety and ensure every employee returns home safely after each shift. Strong OSHA knowledge and proven program development are required.
