Overview
We’re looking for a Safety & Compliance Coordinator based in Sterling, VA, to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with a background in insurance (auto preferred, but any type is welcome) who wants to develop expertise in fleet and driver compliance, IFTA, and OSHA logs. Responsibilities

• Manage fleet and driver compliance records and documentation.
• Oversee IFTA (International Fuel Tax Agreement) reporting and OSHA logs.
• Learn and apply DOT regulations (training will be provided).
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory standards, and internal procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve compliance.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records to support operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Background in insurance (auto preferred but not required).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• A strong willingness to learn and grow in safety and compliance.
