Safety Management Group in the DC Metro Area seeks a local Safety Advisor – Construction to advance safety on multiple projects. The role blends fieldwork, office collaboration, and some travel, in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction safety, CHST certification, and excellent verbal and written communication. You will lead safety reviews, deliver training, and investigate incidents as part of a high-energy, innovative team.

SMG seeks a local Safety Advisor – Construction in the DC Metro Area.
The key function of a Safety Advisor is to put safety at the forefront of their job, prioritize the client’s needs, work well in a team setting, be self‑managed, and be flexible when it comes to change and travel. The Associate in this role will work in a construction environment. This position will support several projects in the DC Metro area. The hybrid role includes fieldwork, office, and work from home. This role is one of five team members, creating a high‑energy, collaborative, and diverse work environment. This team will not fall to the status quo; this team is challenged to be innovative and creative.
