The roles cover driver safety, ergonomics, life safety, and incident prevention, with progression through Specialist I, II, and Senior levels. A combination of education, certifications, and experience is required.

Pay ranges from $71,000 to $105,000, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; safety-related certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree with safety certification; associate degree with relevant experience acceptable.
• 2–3 years of safety-related work experience for Specialist I; more for II/Sr.
• OSHA 10/30 General Industry or Construction; HAZWOPER certification beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with safety program administration and reporting.
• Coordinate safety trainings, schedules, and documentation.
• Audit facilities for safety equipment and hazards.
• Support emergency evacuations and safety committee activities.
