Job summary

Philadelphia Gas Works (PGW) is seeking a Supervisor, Fleet Operations to lead the maintenance and operation of PGW's vehicle fleet and related service shops. The role requires supervising daily tasks, coordinating staff across shifts, and ensuring availability of tools, parts, and safety equipment.

You will monitor fleet performance with systems like M5, Fuel Focus, and GPS. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of supervisory experience, a relevant associate degree or trade certification, and
