NorthStar Energy Solutions, a Quanta Services, Inc. (NYSE:PWR) company, is seeking a Safety Administrator to support daily Safety Department operations at our Grand Prairie, TX location. You will manage data entry, safety reporting, onboarding, and coordinate site access for new hires on active job sites.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and proficiency with safety systems and MS Office to maintain data integrity and ensure timely reporting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in safety, compliance, or administrative roles (utility or construction industry preferred).
• Experience with data entry and reporting systems; familiarity with CTAP, VERO, or Origami is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administrative duties for the Safety Department, supporting daily operations and communication between field teams and management.
• Perform accurate and timely data entry for field observations, incidents, and near misses.
• Write and review safety reports to ensure clarity, professionalism, and consistency.
• Coordinate new-hire orientation and OSHA training setup and tracking.
• Track AED inspections and safety equipment reminders across systems.
