Job summary

Big West Oil North Salt Lake seeks an Administrative Safety Coordinator to support company safety programs by coordinating badging, scheduling training, and maintaining training and company records. Under direct supervision in the Safety department, you will help ensure compliance and smooth day-to-day operations.

This role emphasizes strong communication across Security, Safety, employees and contractors, plus meticulous records management and meeting organization, with opportunities to grow

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–4 years of relevant administrative experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to coordinate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee and contractor badging with Security.
• Schedule and track required safety training.
• Maintain training records and company physical examination records.
• Organize contractor safety meetings and documentation.
• Coordinate information among Security, Safety, employees, and contractors.
• Monitor expirations and follow up on missing records.
• Maintain organized safety files and support reporting/audits.
