Olsten is hiring a Night Shift Safety Supervisor for the Effingham, SC area. The role focuses on leading safety initiatives during the night shift, conducting incident investigations, and ensuring OSHA compliance in a fast-paced industrial environment.

The ideal candidate has a background as a firefighter, EMT, law enforcement officer, military, or industrial safety professional, with strong communication and organizational skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision on a 3rd shift,

NOW HIRING: Night Shift Safety Supervisor

Effingham, SC Area | 3rd Shift | $18.00-$22.00 per Hour

Olsten Staffing is assisting a well-established industrial client in the Effingham area in the search for a Night Shift Safety Supervisor!

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in Firefighting, EMS, Law Enforcement, Military, Industrial Safety, or other First Responder roles who are ready to bring their leadership and safety expertise to a fast-paced industrial environment.

What You'll Do:

• Support and oversee the facility's safety initiatives during the night shift.
• Conduct incident investigations and prepare detailed reports.
• Perform routine safety inspections and audits.
• Assist with OSHA compliance and safety documentation.
• Promote a strong culture of workplace safety.
• Communicate safety policies and procedures to employees.
• Respond professionally and effectively during emergencies.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Firefighter, EMT, Law Enforcement Officer, Military, Industrial Safety Professional, or other First Responder preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to complete thorough incident investigations and prepare accurate documentation.
• Ability to remain calm and maintain composure during stressful or emergency situations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret safety programs, operating procedures, and policy manuals.
• Flexibility to work 3rd shift and weekends as needed.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
