Gormat seeks a Solution Train Engineer to lead the coordination and execution of a complex DoD-focused SAFe environment. You will facilitate large-scale ceremonies, manage value flow across multiple Agile Release Trains, and align engineering teams, vendors, and cybersecurity stakeholders.

• Experience coordinating complex programs with multiple Agile Release Trains.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate Solution Train execution and large-scale ceremonies (PI planning, Solution Demos, Inspect & Adapt).
• Coordinate architectural alignment and cross-train sessions across multiple trains and vendors.
• Identify and track cross-team impediments, risks, and dependencies.
• Provide reporting on delivery progress, risks, and performance metrics.
• Coach and mentor Release Train Engineers, Scrum Masters, and technical leads in Lean-Agile practices.
