Job summary

Constellation Technologies, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to drive Solution Train leadership, SAFe adoption, and systems engineering across DoD programs in a cyber-centric environment.

You will coordinate cross-program dependencies, manage risk, and mentor teams to deliver secure, integrated solutions. Requirements include TS/SCI with polygraph, US citizenship, and 18+ years of experience with a relevant bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating complex technical programs with multiple trains and suppliers.
• Strong SAFe knowledge in cyber-centric DoD environments.
• Background in DoD programs, cybersecurity, and information assurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Solution Train leadership and facilitation across agile teams.
• Coordinate planning, execution, synchronization and continuous improvement events.
• Engage with engineering teams, vendors, PMO and cybersecurity organizations.
