Job summary

Assured Information Security (AIS) seeks a Solution Train Engineer to oversee a complex SAFe-based Solution Train within a DoD cyber-focused program. You will lead large-scale ceremonies, coordinate across multiple Agile Release Trains, and manage cross-functional dependencies with engineering teams, vendors, and cybersecurity partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with extensive experience in large-scale Agile/ SAFe contexts.
• Experience coordinating complex programs with multiple Agile Release Trains and suppliers.
• Strong understanding of SAFe in cyber-centric DoD programs.
• DoD contracts or government tech initiatives experience.
• Proven ability to lead, coordinate, and resolve cross-team dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Solution Train execution and large-scale ceremonies: PI planning, demos, inspect & adapt, value stream syncs.
• Coordinate architectural alignment and dependencies across multiple ARTs and suppliers.
• Promote transparent information flow and effective stakeholder communication.
• Mentor Release Train Engineers, Scrum Masters, and Lean-Agile leaders.
• Identify, track, and resolve cross-team impediments, risks, and dependencies.
