Job summary

Superior Environmental Solutions (SES) is seeking a safety-focused CDL Driver / Equipment Operator to join our Midwest team in Michigan. You will operate Roll-Off, Vacuum, and service trucks, perform pre/post-trip inspections, and document required paperwork in accordance with company and federal standards.

You will be responsible for safe operation, on-site communication with customers, field technician tasks, and leading crew members when needed.

Qualifications

• CDL license with Tanker endorsement required.
• Ability to drive manual 10-speed or higher.
• Pass pre-employment, random, and post-accident drug screening and background check.
• Willing to travel overnight for assignments.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate all CDL equipment safely (Roll-Off, Flat Bed, Vacuum, Service Trucks).
• Perform Pre/Post Trip inspections and proper documentation.
• Operate high-pressure water-blaster and vacuum equipment.
• Perform Field Technician duties (e.g., shoveling, tank cleaning).
• Lead and direct personnel to perform duties safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform minor repairs.
• Maintain equipment and understand confined-space and crane safety (training provided).
