Job summary

Infinity Tech Group in Warren, NJ is seeking a Scrum Master/Project Manager for a 6-9 month contract with a hybrid work arrangement (1-2 days onsite per week).

The role requires SAFe experience and strong agile leadership to drive data analytics and ERP initiatives. Responsibilities include backlog management, sprint facilitation, risk mitigation, and stakeholder collaboration across onshore and offshore teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with Scaled Agile (SAFe).
• 5 years’ experience as a Scrum Master.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure Agile practices are followed; promote continuous improvement and a collaborative environment.
• Manage the backlog; ensure proper prioritization, sizing, and progress tracking.
• Lead sprints/iterations; assist the BSA/Product Owner in breaking down work into stories.
• Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies and drive story completion.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks and dependencies; manage changes to scope and delivery timeframes.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality stories on time and contribute to release planning and product delivery.
• Provide project transparency and work with diverse teams including engineers and management.
