Job summary

Infinity Tech Group is seeking an experienced Scrum Master with SAFe expertise to lead agile teams on a Data Analytics and ERP implementation. The role requires a hybrid work arrangement with 1-2 onsite days per week in New Jersey.

You will coordinate stakeholders, manage backlogs, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and drive delivery while mitigating risks and ensuring high-quality releases. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Experience managing offshore and onshore teams.
• Experience with Scaled Agile (SAFe).
• Proficient with JIRA and stakeholder reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure Agile principles and promote continuous improvement.
• Backlog management with proper prioritization and progress tracking.
• Manage sprints/iterations; assist the Product Owner in breaking down stories.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and drive story completion.
• Identify and remove obstacles to delivery.
• Plan releases and ensure timely product delivery.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks and dependencies; manage scope changes.
• Ensure project transparency and lifecycle accountability.
• Work with diverse teams of technical and non-technical backgrounds.
