Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as a Scrum Master.
• Experience with Scaled Agile (SAFe).
• Experience managing offshore and onshore teams.
• Proficient in JIRA and backlog management.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Ensure Agile practices and promote continuous improvement.
• Manage and prioritize the backlog and track progress.
• Lead Scrum ceremonies and drive story completion.
• Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies; ensure on-time delivery.
