Job summary

Infinity Tech Group is seeking a Scrum Master with SAFe experience to lead agile teams on a Data Analytics and ERP implementation program. The role requires a hybrid work arrangement with 1–2 onsite days per week in New Jersey.

You will coordinate stakeholders, promote Agile practices, manage backlogs, and drive sprint ceremonies while supporting release planning and product delivery. Strong communication and budget management experience are essential.

Qualifications

• SAFe experience in a Scaled Agile environment.
• 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Experience managing offshore and onshore teams.
• Proficiency with JIRA and project tracking.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Experience managing budgets and stakeholder status reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and external partners.
• Promote Agile principles and a collaborative team environment.
• Manage and prioritize the backlog; track progress.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, reviews, and demos.
• Identify and remove blockers to team delivery and ensure quality and timeliness.
• Support release planning and product delivery across teams.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks and dependencies; manage scope changes.
• Ensure project transparency and overall lifecycle accountability.
• Collaborate with both technical and non-technical teammates.
