Infinity Tech Group in Warren, NJ, is seeking a Scrum Master/Project Manager for a hybrid, 6-9+ month contract with a major insurer. The role requires SAFe experience and the ability to lead agile teams on a Data Analytics and ERP program, with 1-2 days onsite per week.

• SAFe experience required.
• 5+ years as Scrum Master.
• Experience coordinating offshore and onshore teams.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Promote Agile principles, continuous improvement, and a collaborative team environment to increase productivity.
• Manage the backlog and ensure proper prioritization, sizing and tracking of work progress.
• Manage small to large scale projects through sprints/iterations and assist the BSA/Product Owner in breaking down the project into stories.
• Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (backlog grooming, planning meetings, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, demos) and drive story completion.
• Determine and remove obstacles that may interfere with teams' delivery goals.
• Ensure stories are delivered with high quality and on time; release planning and product delivery responsibilities included.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks and dependencies; manage changes to scope and delivery timeframes.
• Ensure project transparency and overall success across lifecycle.
• Work with a diverse team spanning technical and non-technical backgrounds.
