  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the engineering management system due to government data requirements.
  • Experience managing scrum teams and working with developers for two (2) years with strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, processes, and good organization skills to estimate, plan, and forecast deliverables in a given iteration and Program Increment.
  • Ability to effectively discuss, describe, and document situations, problems, or ideas and clearly communicate with team members, leaders, and customers, both technical and non-technical.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Scrum master certification with four (4) years experience leading scrum teams implementing techniques and artifacts, such as definition of done, user stories, backlog grooming, and velocity metrics.
  • Proficiency in agile management tools, such as Jira and Confluence, and superior knowledge of language in user stories, continuous integration, acceptance test driven development, automated testing.
  • Superior presentation and communication skills to develop demonstrations with customers, internal team members, and executives when called upon.
  • Servant leadership to foster a culture of continuous improvement, transparent communication, and efficient execution of development.
