Bct Llc is seeking a Scrum Coach/Systems Engineer to support a government program by coaching Agile teams and facilitating Scrum ceremonies in Annapolis, Maryland. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting Agile practices, managing backlogs, and ensuring team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Current Scrum certification, such as CSM or PSM.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies.
