Qualifications

• Current Scrum certification required.
• Experience serving as Scrum Coach or Agile Coach.
• Strong knowledge of Lean and SAFe principles.

Responsibilities

• Coach Agile teams and Product Owners on Scrum and SAFe best practices.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support backlog development.
• Identify and resolve team impediments and risks.
