The hybrid role focuses on the agile software release pipeline, ensuring requirements definition through delivery and deployment, emphasizing stability and reliability of software releases for DEAMS.

Qualifications

Experience coordinating software releases across multiple teams.
Knowledge of Agile and Scrum practices.
Strong stakeholder communication and risk management skills.

Responsibilities

Release Planning & Strategy: Define release frequency and prioritize work to reduce technical debt.
Coordination & Communication: Facilitate release content discussions between Dev, Ops, and stakeholders; coordinate with the RTE team.
Process Management: Define and document new processes to support the program.
Risk & Issue Management: Identify and manage risks that could impact scope, quality, or schedule.
Production Support: Coordinate O&S activities and monitor incidents.
